Pink Lotus Couples Booking Terms and Conditions

  • Appointments are for persons over 18 years of age. Any person under 18 years of age are required to be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian.
  • A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of the booking is required at time of booking, to secure your booking.
  • The full amount of the cost of the booking should be paid a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event taking place. If this is not done, then the event will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
  • The deposit may be transferred to a different booking, provided that this is done at least 48 hours prior to the event taking place and can only be changed on one occasion. By booking an appointment and paying the deposit, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
  • If the event is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the event date, then no refund will be given.
  • If Pink Lotus Pamper Parties has to cancel your event due to reasons beyond our control, then you will receive a 100% refund of all monies paid.
  • Clients need to ensure that there is ample space for the therapist/s to set up their equipment.
