BOOKING TERMS FOR EVENTS WITH
- Appointments are for persons over 18 years of age. Any person under 18 years of age are required to be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian.
- A non refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost of the booking is required at time of booking, to secure your booking.
- 50% of the total cost of the booking should be paid a minimum of 30 days prior to the event taking place.
- The full amount of the cost of the booking should be paid a minimum of 14 days prior to the event taking place. If this is not done, then the event will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
- The deposit may be transferred to a different booking, provided that this is done at least 14 days prior to the event taking place and can only be changed on one occasion. By booking an appointment and paying the deposit, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
- If the event is cancelled between 7 and 14 days prior to the event date, then a 50% refund less the deposit, will be given.
- If the event is cancelled within 7 days of the event date, then no refund will be given.
- If Pink Lotus Pamper Parties has to cancel your event due to reasons beyond our control, then you will receive a 100% refund of all monies paid.
- Before your event, you will be sent a medical screening form to assess the suitability of the treatments being selected for all of the attendees, which will take in to account each attendees medical and health background. If the treatment is deemed to be unsuitable for any attendee, an alternative treatment may be offered. If this occurs then a member of our team will call to discuss this with you.
- The medical screening form is an important part of the process and should be completed at least 14 days the prior to the event to allow time for any issues to be taken care of.
- Your guests will be asked to sign a form on the day of your event to confirm that they have informed Pink Lotus Pamper Parties of any and all medical issues that may affect the treatments being carried out. If a treatment cannot be carried out due to a failure to disclose information, prior to the event, then the treatment will still be charged for.
