BOOKING TERMS FOR APPOINTMENTS AT
- Appointments are for persons over 18 years of age. Any person under 18 years of age are required to be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian.
- A non refundable deposit of £20 or the full cost of the treatment, If the value of the treatment is less than £20 (this will be the deposit), is required at time of booking.
- The deposit may be transferred to a different booking, subject to the following terms and conditions. By booking an appointment and paying the deposit, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
- Should you need to reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required to do so. Cancelling a booking without rescheduling or a ‘no show’ will forfeit the total deposit.
- When attending an appointment, a client consultation will be carried out to assess the suitability of the treatment for the client, which will take in to account the clients medical and health background. If the treatment is deemed to be unsuitable for the client, an alternative treatment may be offered. If an alternative treatment cannot be offered then a full refund will be given.
- Some Beauty treatments using colouring and tinting products require a skin Patch Test to be carried out before the treatment can be performed. This MUST be carried out a minimum of 48 hours before the appointment. The client must attend The Pamper Studio at an agreed time to carry out the skin Patch Test.
- Deposits and payments can be made with cash, contactless or chip and pin card payments, online or by bank transfer.
